His experience in building new SDA Accredited housing, understanding of Assistive Technologies and overview of the entire SDA process provides a natural pathway to tenant for prospective accommodation providers and private investors.

As Owner and Licensee of successful real estate agency, Perth Property Solutions, Mitch and the property management team manage and maintain Verity Group Australia's SDA listings.
His large network of investors, financial advisors and business partners enhances Verity Group Australia's central role in the SDA model.
For over 11 years now, Rob has been helping clients with their wealth planning and property investment strategies. Starting out in the first homebuyer market and then extending to all aspects of building brokerage, Rob’s expansive knowledge of finance and the building process spans from subdivision builds, luxury homes and apartment complexes to commercial & industrial projects.
Rob specialises in educating and guiding investors through the NDIS process. As such, Rob and his clients are central to Verity’s ability to offer a range of SDA housing options for our participants.

Ambassador and Chief Podcaster
Verity Group Australia is very pleased to have Kal on board. He is a young man with Autism.
Kal is an avid lover of all things sport (except baseball apparently), ballroom dancing, racing, fishing and general game play. He’s not a fan of politics, freeways or tuna mornay.
One of the ways that Kal brings these passions to life is through podcasting. Amongst other things, he’s going to champion Verity’s first podcast series – The Verity Podcasts. You’ll soon be able to hear him talk with all sorts of people in the disability industry, and shed some light on the many contributing roles that people play in bettering participants’ lives.
